After graduating in law and then in foreign languages, I worked in advertising in Paris and London, while cooking remained my lifelong passion. In 2010, my husband and I launched one of London’s first supper clubs. “Underground dining” moved into the spotlight and my creative hobby quickly became a professional calling as I realised that private, tailored dining experiences were my true path. With the priceless mentorship of chef Francesco Mazzei, I spent a year learning how to manage the art — and orchestrated chaos — of a professional kitchen, before starting my own journey as a personal chef.       <image:caption>Non è mai troppo tardi per seguire le proprie passioni. Dopo una prima laurea in giurisprudenza e una seconda in lingue, ho lavorato nel mondo della comunicazione tra Parigi e Londra, mentre la cucina rimaneva la passione di una vita. Nel 2010 io e mio marito abbiamo lanciato uno dei primi "supper clubs" di Londra. Il fenomeno "underground dining" cresceva e il mio hobby creativo è diventato rapidamente una vocazione professionale: ho capito che creare esperienze culinarie private e su misura era la mia vera strada. Grazie alla preziosa guida dello chef Francesco Mazzei, ho trascorso un anno imparando a gestire l’arte — e il caos orchestrato — di una cucina professionale, prima di iniziare il mio percorso come personal chef.
